1. Petitioner to take steps to mention the sect and grandparents of the deceased. Furthermore, Petitioner to ensure that legal heirs whose names are mentioned in the petition are the legal heirs of the deceased, as per the customs followed by the deceased or by successor and the petitioner to point the provision applicable to them.

2. Administration bond is defective as same is not filed for the gross amount. Hence, petitioner to correct the same and re-upload as per the form no. 118 r/w Rule 420 of the Bombay High Court (O. S.) Rules, 1980. Furthermore, corrections must be initialed by the petitioner, surety and notary. Petitioner to file the legible copy of the death certificate. Hence, adjourned.
