Advocate for petitioner is directed to amend the date of death of deceased No. 2 as '25.12.2023'. Amendment is allowed. Ld. Advocate for petitioner to carry out amendment and initial the same within one week from the date of uploading of this order.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that amendment is minor in nature hence, re-verification may be dispensed with. Re-verification is dispensed with.
