1. The Ld. Advocate for the Petitioner seeks time to file Affidavit of Service. He moved a Praecipe and thereby seeks permission to delete the names of the persons who cannot be legal heirs of the deceased as per the Provisions of the Hindu Succession Act, 1956. Therefore, submission is accepted petitioner to amend the information of Legal heirs, as prayed for and make necessary averment in this regard. Amendment be carried out within four weeks, if petition is pending.

Furthermore, the petitioner to inform the persons, whose names are deleted about deletion of their names.
