TP 3937 of 2024 In order dated 11.11.2024 in para no. 1 the name of the deceased is wrongly mentioned as Rasiklal Gokaldas Sangvi. The same is corrected and read as "Rasiklal Gokaldas Sanghvi".

Advocate for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to carry out correction in the cause title and para no. 1 of the petition with respect to name of the deceased which is wrongly mentioned as 'Rasikbhai Gokaldas Sanghvi' instead of 'Rasikbhai Gokaldas Sanghavi'' . He will upload the corrected version and he will get it approved. He request that reverification may be dispensed with. The said request is accepted. Advocate for the petitioner is permitted to carry out all the consequential correction in the cause title as well as para no. 1 of the petition with respect to the name of the deceased "Rasikbhai Gokaldas Sanghavi" instead of 'Rasikbhai Gokaldas Sanghvi". He will upload the corrected version and he will get it approved. Reverification is dispensed with.
