Ld. Advocate for the Petitioner moved a praecipe dated 22.11.2024 and thereby seeks permission to amend the petition by deleting the name of Sumaya, a widow of the pre-deceased son of the deceased. Furthermore, petitioner seeks permission to aver the facts about the parents and grandparents of the deceased. Submission is accepted. Praecipe is allowed. Furthermore, petitioner to mention the date of death of the Saleem in respective paragraphs of the petition. Upon filing of the additional affidavit of the petitioner, confirming the amendment, reverification is dispensed with. 2.
