1. Ld. Advocate for the petitioner moved a praecipe dated 22.10.2024 and thereby submits that in para no. 2 of the order dated 16.10.2024 instead of amendment in place of the death of the deceased, amendment in prayer is allowed. However, as per the para no. 1 of the said order, amendment to be carried out in place of the death of the deceased. Hence, same may be corrected.

2. Hence, para no. 2 of the order dated 16.10.2024 is corrected and read as "petitioner to amend the place of death of the deceased" instead of "prayer of the petition".

3. It is made clear that rest of the Order dated 16.10.2024 will remain as it is.
