1. Read praecipe dated 0.12.2024 Ld. Advocate for the Petitioner seeks permission to carryout an amendment to explain the legal heirs of the deceased as per the praecipe. Praecipe to that extent is allowed. Upon filing of the additional affidavit of the petitioner confirming the amendment, reverification is dispensed with.

2. Furthermore, for compliance of Rule 383 of the Bombay High Court (O.S.) Rules, 1980 petitioner to file additional affidavit for the compliance. Hence, amendment in pursuance of the Rule 383 of the Bombay High Court (O. S.) Rules, 1980 cannot be granted. Hence, the petitioner to take steps for compliance of the said requisition.
