Advocate for the petitioner moved a praecipe dated 16.10.2024 and thereby seeks permission to amend the para no. 4 of the petition and thereby seeks permission to add husband of the daughter of the deceased. Submission is accepted. Praecipe is allowed. Upon filing of the additional affidavit of the petitioner, confirming the amendment, re-verification is dispensed with.

2. Petitioner to carryout an amendment as well as consequential amendments within three weeks from the date of uploading of this order, if petition is pending.
