TP/3999/2024 (E-filing) Mr. Pant Manisha, Advocate for petitioner PC : 1. Perused Petition. Heard Ld. Advocate for petitioner. This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain debts and securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Sudhir Prabhakar Ranade being husband of deceased. Deceased namely Deepa Sudhir Ranade said to be died intestate at Mumbai on 01.08.2023. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition as Exhibit - "A". Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Aadhaar Card is already annexed to the petition as Exhibit - "A-1".

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that deceased was survived by husband and one son. Out of them husband is petitioner herein and son has given his consent. Consent Affidavit is on record. Deceased had no daughter and no other son. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice and Administration Bond is filed. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
