Heard Ld. Advocate for petitioner. Ld. Advocate for petitioner to comply with the requisitions raised are as under :

1) To explain legal heirs of deceased as per the provisions of Rule 397 of the Bombay High Court (Original Side) Rules, 1980.

2) To provide identification proof of deceased as well as Sakharam Gundu Patil.

At the request of Ld. Advocate for petitioner, matter is adjourned till 22.10.2024 for compliance of aforesaid requisitions.

Further, as far as aforesaid requisition No. 1, Ld. Advocate for petitioner seeks to carry out amendment in para No. 5 of the petition to explain legal heirs of deceased as per Rule 397. Amendment allowed. Ld. Advocate for petitioner to carry out amendment within one week from today.
