Nandlal Ramprakash Aggarwal & Anr. (TP/50/2011) delivered on 23/02/2012, which is referred in earlier order, in respect of the provision of Rule 384 of the Bombay High Court (OS) Rules, 1980. Submission is accepted recipe is allowed Petitioner to carry out an amendment within period of 3 weeks from the date of uploading this order, if petition is pending. Amendment to be reverified. Amended petition to be uploaded in the portal within 03 days from the data commitment.
