1. Perused Petition. Heard Ld. Advocate for petitioner. This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Ami Pramod Patel being niece of deceased. Deceased namely Suresh Atmaram Patel died intestate at Gujarat on 10.02.1998. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Passport is already annexed to the petition.

2. 2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that parents of deceased predeceased the deceased. Deceased died as bachelor. Deceased had one brother namely Pramod, who died leaving behind his one son and one daughter. The son of said Pramod namely Himanshu died leaving behind his widow (who has remarried) and one son. Deceased was survived by one niece and one grandnephew. Out of them niece is petitioner herein and grandnephew has given his consent in favour of petitioner herein. Consent Affidavit is on record. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 13.10.2025 and Administration Bond dated 30.09.2025 are filed. Delay is explained and same is condoned. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
