Pursuant to the order dated 18.12.2024 Advocate for the petitioner has filed affidavit of petitioner stating that at present there are no locker in single/sole name of the deceased viz. Nalini Naresh Raja.

While perusal of the petition as well as will, it has been observed that both the attesting witnesses has put up their names and signatures and address in Gujarathi language on the said will and whereas in the affidavit of attesting witness it does not disclose the same. Advocate for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to file an additional affidavit of attesting witness Mr. Manoj Shankarlal Bhatt who has signed and subscribed in the will in Gujarathi language whereas in the affidavit he is stating that it is reproduced as they being present at the same time set and subscribed their respective names and addresses Rupal Nilesh Shah, C/303, Anand Nagar Forjett Street, Opp. Bhatia Hospital, Tardeo, Mumbai - 400035 by Rupal Nilesh Shah and "Manoj Shankerlal Bhatt 506/A, Gokul Apartment, S. V. Road, Jogeshwari (West), Mumbai - 400102. The said request is accepted. Advocate for the petitioner is permitted to file additional affidavit of the
