RANE COMPANY REGISTRAR / TESTAMENTARY REGISTRAR DATE : 20th January'2025 Sr. No. 38-TP/4024/2024 with WILL/1593/2024 (ECHCBM02037272024) Mr. Rajiv Jadhav, Advocate for the petitioner. For Compliance It has been observed that the deceased has signed the WILL in devnagari language and in the execution it is not mentioned that the said Will explained/interpreted to the said deceased before affixing the her signature on the said Will. In the affidavit of attesting witness it is mentioned that the deceased had put her left hand thumb impression and it is mentioned that the deceased had put "his" left hand thumb impression whereas it is found that the deceased is female. Hence, it should be "her" instead of "his". After perusal it is found that there is no thumb impression on the said Will. Advocate for the petitioner to explain why there is discrepancy in the Will annexed to the petition and Affidavit of attesting witness to the will in para no. 4 and 5.

Advocate for the petitioner will seek instructions from the petitioner to this respect.
