1. Ld. Advocate for the petitioner moved a praecipe dated 04.09.2024 and thereby prays to for issuance of letter to the concern authorities of the GPF, etc and thereby call upon them to furnish details of the amount lying with the said office in respect of the deceased, as the said office has refused to give the details.

However, before proceed ahead, petitioner to satisfy that how persons, whose names are mentioned at Sr. no. 4(i), (ii), and (iii) in the table given in the paragraph No. 4 can be legal heirs of the deceased, as per the provisions of the Hindu Succession Act, 1956.
