1. Read praecipe dated 08.10.2024, heard Ld. Advocate for the petitioner, Ld. Advocate for the petitioner seeks permission to carryout an amendment in respect of the legal heirs mentioned at serial no. 4 (i), (ii) and (iii) form the table given in para no. 4. Submission is accepted. Petitioner is permitted to delete the name of the persons, whose name are mentioned at above serial numbers. Praecipe is allowed. Petitioner to inform the persons about deletion of their names.

2. Petitioner to carry out an amendment within three weeks from the date of uploading of this order, if petition is pending.

Ld. Advocate for the petitioner submitted that on 10.09.2024, he had tendered the praecipe and thereby requested the office to issue directions to the concern office, where the deceased was working, to give details of due amount. Hence, the office to issue the letter to the said office for giving details of the amount, payable to the deceased, at the relevant time, as per the Law.
