1. Advocate for the petitioner submits that as per the earlier order amendment in the petition has been carried out.

2. In an administration Bond, which is executed on the 11th day of November 2024, the petitioner has mentioned the date as 16th October 2024 and therefore, there is mistakes in the Administration Bond, which shall be corrected. The petitioner to mention the dates as per section 317 of the Indian Succession Act, 1925, petitioner to correct these dates and corrections shall be initialled by the petitioner, surety and Notary. Petitioner to upload the said corrected administration Bond.

3. If it is complied with matter will be taken up for the further order and petition is adjourned to 19th day of March 2025.
