Petitioner to file official translation of the Will or follow the directions passed by the Hon'ble Court in TP/1263/2023 in respect of translation of the Will.
2. Petitioner to file affidavit regarding pasting the citation on the Notice Board of the Hon'ble Bombay High Court and Notice board of the Collector, vide Rule 397 of the the Bombay High Court (OS) Rules, 1980.

Petitioner to comply the requisitions of the issuance of notice to collector vide Rule 396 of the Bombay High Court (OS) Rules, 1980. 4.
Petitioner to file administration bond for the gross amount of Schedule-I, as per form no. 118 r/w Rule 420 of the Bombay High Court (O. S.) Rules, 1980. 5.
The petitioner to comply the requisition of Rule 383 of the the Bombay High Court (OS) Rules, 1980 as per note annexed to the Form No. 102 of BHC Rules, as there is correction/addition or deletion, etc. in the Will. 6.
Office to issue fresh citation within two weeks from the date of uploading of this order.

Heard Ld. Advocate for the petitioner. Petitioner seeks permission to amend the petition, in terms of the Draft amendment, annexed to the said praecipe, dated 08.10.2025. Proposed amendment is appeared to be relevant. Hence, submission is accepted. Petitioner to carry out an amendment withing period of 03 weeks from the date of uploading this order, if the petition is pending. Consequential amendment, if any, stands allowed. Furthermore, in case of online petition, the petitioner to upload the amended petition, within period of 05 days from the date of amendment. 8.
