1. Heard Ld. Advocate for the petitioner and Shri. Vikrant Mate and Ms. Varsha Ghaisas are present with WILL/1601/2024 and they both submits that duties which was casted vide para no. 7 of the Will was not survived because that amount was distributed before death. Therefore, considering this position these people cannot be executor within meaning of Section 322 of the Indian Succession Act, 1925. Hence, adjourned for the order on the point of Section 230 of the Indian Succession Act, 1925.
