1. Read praecipe dated 03.03.2025 petitioner seeks permission to amend the petition by making it petition on behalf of the executor through his Power of Attorney, particularly vide Sec. 241 of the Indian Succession Act, 1925 (for short "IS Act").

2. Furthermore, it is submitted that other two executors have filed their renouncing affidavits.

3. However, for taking out the amendment necessary Chamber order is to be taken out along with the draft of the amendment.

Hence, petitioner to take steps to take out the Chamber Order. Hence, adjourned.
