Advocate, it appears that value of the property is mentioned as Rs.1,64,64,584.83/-. Therefore, original petition is appearing differently than the uploaded petition. Hence, petitioner to take steps to amend the petition, in respect of the para No.7, which is uploaded. Furthermore, Petitioner to take steps to explain delay vide Rule 382 of the Bombay High Court (O. S.) Rules, 1980.
