This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Priya Parag Patil being widow of deceased. Deceased namely Parag Anant Patil died intestate at Thane on 11.09.2010. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Pancard is already annexed to the petition.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that mother of deceased predeceased the deceased. Deceased was divorcee from the first wife and petitioner is second wife. Deceased had no issue from the first wife. Deceased was survived by his second wife and one son. Out of them second wife is petitioner herein and son has given his consent in favour of petitioner herein. Consent Affidavit is on record. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 11.09.2025 and Administration Bond dated 01.11.2025 are filed. Delay is explained and same is condoned. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
