Advocate for petitioner to make an averment of marital status of deceased as well as marital status of Ramdas, Ravji, Prakash and also states about their legal heirs, if any, as per the provisions of Hindu Succession Act, 1925.

2. Further, Ld. Advocate submits that petitioner is not aware about the legal heirs of the aforesaid persons, if any. Advocate to take steps as per the provisions of the personal Laws applicable to the deceased.
