1. Read praecipe dated 06.01.2025 perused earlier order dated 28.11.2024. Ld. Advocate for the Petitioner submits that petitioner will amend the information about the marital status of the deceased as well as marital status of the deceased legal heirs as per the provisions of Hindu Succession Act, 1956. according to the Ld. Advocate for the Petitioner legal heirs of the deceased, legal heirs of the deceased were unmarried at the time of his death. Upon filing of the additional affidavit of the petitioner, confirming the amendment, reverification is dispensed with.

2. Petitioner to carryout an amendment within three weeks from the date of uploading of this order, if petition is pending.
