TP/4127/2024 (E-filing) Mr. R. T. Kharwar, Advocate for petitioner PC : 1. Perused Petition. Heard Ld. Advocate for petitioner. This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Rashmikant Sobhagchand Bhodia being brother of deceased. Deceased namely Aruna Sobhagchand Bhodia died intestate at Mumbai on 12.02.2019. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Petitioner has filed Affidavit dated 04.05.2024 since identification proof of deceased is not available. The same is accepted.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that parents of deceased predeceased the deceased. Deceased died as spinster. One brother of deceased namely Vinay died on 24.03.2019 and one sister namely Prafullaben died on 02.09.2008. Deceased was survived by one brother who is petitioner herein. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 17.10.2024 and Administration Bond dated 10.10.2024 are filed. Delay is explained and same is condoned. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
