1. Perused the petition. Advocate for petitioner requests that in para no. 5 of the petition at the last line the word "Son" is required to replace with "Uncle". The said requests is accepted. Advocate for petitioner to carry out said corrections forthwith. Re-verification is dispensed with. Advocate for petitioner to upload the corrected version of the petition.

2. While finalising the grant it has been found that one cross petition TP No. 1136 of 2024 is found for deceased no. 2 viz. Hutokshi Sohrab Gimi.

3. Advocate for petitioner further submits that the earlier petitioner has filed TP No. 1136 of 2014 for issuance of Letters of Administration with respect to deceased viz. Hutokshi Sohrab Gimi, who is deceased no. 2 in the present petition. Advocate for petitioner submits that for issuance of final grant in the present petition can be proceed, as securities mentioned in the present petition are not covered in the earlier petition i.e. TP/1136/2014. ...2

4. Advocate for the petitioner is directed to verify whether securities which is mentioned in the present petition and earlier petition are different or same.
