Advocate for the petitioner submits that as per direction issued on 18.12.2024 she has filed affidavit stating that earlier petition no. 1136 of 2024 was filed by them included bank accounts, Demat shares held in name of Hutokshi Sohrab Gimi only. It is further stated that the present petition is filed for physical shares held by both the deceased and do not form part of earlier petition nor any physical shares were claimed in earlier petition the said explanation be accepted. The said request is accepted. The affidavit is taken on record.
