TP/4149/2024 (E-filing) PC : 1. One Advocate, Mr. D. R. Mishra who is Advocate for petitioner in TP No. 3668 of 2024 which was listed on board on 14.02.2025, at 12.00 noon before the board started mentioned and raised grievance that the matter which are listed on any particular date get adjourned due to paucity of time and one date is assigned to that matter. On the next day the board is taken up and other set of matters gets listed and the order passed. Hence, petitioner has raised grievance that how their matters are adjourned and matters listed on the next day given priority over their matters. He submitted that all the matters should not be taken up unless and until the earlier matters are heard or disposed of or decided.

2. In view of the aforesaid circumstances, I direct the Master (Admin.) to submit the list of pendency of Testamentary Petitions for Probate which are assigned. Petitions for category of Probate which are pending will be listed on one common board chronologically. Every Friday that board will be take up for hearing from that list of pending cases and will be taken up chronology. Entire board will be published on every Friday to Friday, without disturbing the chronology.

3. It is to be noted that petitions for Succession Certificate are already taken up chronologically since August, 2023.

4. Henceforth, all the matters will be listed as per chronology.

5. Today's board is discharged to satisfy the grievance raised by Advocate Mr. D. R. Mishra. Hence, the present petition is adjourned and will be listed as per chronologically and CIS pendency list.
