1. Perused Petition which is filed online. Heard Ld. Advocate for the Petitioner. This Petition is for Probate of Last Will and Testament of the deceased filed by the Petitioner Yash Suresh Ravel, being the Sole Executor named under the Will of the deceased. Deceased Jyoti Parshuram Ravel, said to have died at Mumbai on 24.11.2023. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the Petition. For identification proof of the deceased, copy of Aadhar Card is annexed to the Petition.

2. Mr. Shah, Advocate for the Petitioner submits that deceased left behind her last Will and Testament which was duly executed at Mumbai, on 16.01.2022. The said Will is in English language.

3. Mr. Shah, Advocate for the Petitioner submits that deceased was governed under the Hindu Succession Act 1956. It is submitted that sister Late Sharda Manilal Adatia expired on 16.06.2021 and her husband predeceased her and had no children out of the said wedlock. Exhibit-"H" is the copy of death certificate of Sharda Manilal Adatia and Exhibit- "I' is a copy of the death certificate of her husband i.e. Manilal Devchand Adatia. That Maya Parshuram Ravel sister of the deceased was spinster and expired on 07.12.2019 and Exhibit - "J" is the copy of

) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) death certificate of Maya Parshuram Ravel. That Late Vasudev Parshuram Ravel, brother of the deceased expired on 12.05.2001 and his wife late Kirti Vasu Ravel expired on 14.02.2020 and has no son and is survived by one daughter Shivani Sunil Mehta as aforesaid. Exhibit - "K" is a copy of the death certificate of Vasu-Parshuram Ravel and Exhibit - "L" is copy of the death certificate of Kirti Vasu Ravel. That mother and father of the deceased predeceased the deceased, Petitioner do not have their respective death certificates. Save and except as mentioned in para - 11, there are no other legal heirs and next of kin left by the deceased.

4. Petitioner's Oath is filed. Consent Affidavits of two sisters, one brother and one married daughter of the deceased brother Late Vasudev Parshuram Ravel as mentioned in para - 11 are on record. Affidavit of Yash Suresh Ravel, one of the attesting witness to the Will is filed. Affidavit of service of General Citation is filed. All the Affidavits are also filed online. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, Petition is granted.

5. Office to issue Probate as prayed after verifying whether any Cross Petition or Caveat is filed.
