The Petition is filed by the Petitioner being power of attorney of the both executors. However, the power of Attorney is not stamped as per the provisions of Sec. 18 of the Maharashtra Stamp Act, 1959.

Hence, the petitioner to take steps to pay necessary stamp duty on the Said Power of attorney or file a fresh Power of Attorney as the case may be. 3.
