Heard Ld. Advocate for petitioner. Ld. Advocate for petitioner has tendered before me an Affidavit of Savitri Arjun Ramrakhyani dated 05.09.2024 and seeks to carry out corrections as per Affidavit. Said Savitri Arjun Ramrakhyani is only legal heir of the deceased. Hence, she will proceed the matter by herself and not through Constituted Attorney. The said corrections are allowed. Ld. Advocate for petitioner to carry out corrections within two weeks from the date of uploading of this order.

Ld. Advocate for petitioner has filed an Affidavit of Arjun Ramrakhyani dated 05.09.2024 by which he has relinquished his rights as Executor under the Will. S. O. to 07.10.2024.
