Furthermore, the administration Bond is defective, as it is not executed for the gross Amount. Hence, the petitioner to execute the administration Bond for gross amount, vide Rule 420 read with Form No. 118 of the Bombay High Court (O.S.) Rules, 1980. Hence, the petitioner may correct the amount in the administration bond and same shall be initialed by Surety, Petitioner and Concern Notary or may file another Bond.
