P.C.: 1. Perused Petition. Heard Ld. Advocate for petitioner. The schedule reforms only for securities but debts are not mentioned in the schedule. Advocate for petitioner seeks leave to correct the title of the petition. Leave granted. Advocate for petitioner carry out amendment within two weeks from the date of uploading of this order.

2. This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Sanjay Baban Nilwande being son of deceased. Deceased no. 1 namely Hausabai Baban Nilwande and Deceased No. 2 Baban Shivram Nilwande, both died intestate at Mumbai on 03.04.1997 and 21.06.2004 respectively. Copies of death certificate is annexed to the petition. The Affidavit of the petitioner dated 28.03.2025 is on record for dispensation of identification proof of the deceased. The same is accepted.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that parents of the deceased predeceased the deceased. Both deceased are husband and wife and they were survived by two sons. Out of them one son is petitioner herein. The another son viz. Sunil expired on 07.07.2017 and died as bachelor. The petitioner is only surviving legal heir. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 09.05.2025 and Administration Bond dated 12.05.2025 are filed. Delay is explained and same is condoned.
