Advocate for petitioner submits that he has filed Additional Affidavit dated 20.11.2024 and stating that the petitioner no. 1 viz. Subhash Chaturbhuj Marawadi has changed his surname since last 14 years. Advocate for petitioner has annexed the copies of Gazette notification dated 07.04.2022, passport, Aadhar card as well as Driving license to the Affidavit which is name recorded as Subhash Chaturbhuj Marawadi. The said affidavit is accepted and taken on record.
