TP/4205/2024 (E-filing) Advocate for petitioner as well as petitioner are absent PC : 1. Perused Petition. In this matter, order for issuance of General Citation was issued on 05.09.2024 and Affidavit of Service of General Citation is filed on 04.10.2024.

2. Upon perusal of the petition, it is found that in para No. 5 of the petition, Advocate for petitioner has to carry out corrections with respect to the share of the petitioner being widow of deceased i.e. 1/8th share in the estate of deceased. Ld. Advocate for petitioner to carry out the said corrections within one week from the date of uploading of this order. Re-verification is dispensed with. Advocate for petitioner re-upload the corrected version of the petition on the official portal of the Bombay High Court.

3. It has been observed that till date Advocate for petitioner has not complied with the directions issued in the order dated 05.09.2024 and also Administration Bond has not been filed.

4. By way of last chance, time is extended for compliance of order dated 05.09.2024. List the matter on 26.03.2025.
