1. Perused Petition. Heard Ld. Advocate for petitioner. This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Razia Sultana Abid Khan Pathan being widow of deceased. Deceased namely Abid Khan Lal Khan Pathan died intestate at Ratlam, Madhya Pradesh on 30.04.2014. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Aadhaar Card is already annexed to the petition.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that parents and grandparents of deceased predeceased the deceased. Deceased was survived by his widow and three sons. Out of them widow is petitioner herein and all three sons have given their consents in favour of petitioner herein. Consent Affidavits are on record. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 04.10.2024 is filed. Administration Bond is not filed. Delay is explained and same is condoned.
