Perused Petition. Heard Ld. Advocate for petitioner. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that he require time to furnish translation of the Will which is in Gujarati language.

Ld. Advocate for petitioner to file true certified copy of translation of the Will alongwith Affidavit as per order dated 10.01.2024 passed by the Hon'ble Court in Testamentary Petition No. 1263 of 2023.

In this matter, Notice to Collector is also awaited. Hence, office to verify and issue Notice to Collector and accordingly, update the same on the CIS system. List the matter on 14.01.2025.
