Upon perusal of Additional Affidavit dated 25.04.2025 filed by petitioner, it is noticed that para No.3 of the said Affidavit, petitioner has stated that by way of grant issued in TP No. 4268 of 2023, the securities mentioned in the Schedule was required to be transferred from Jamnadas Virji Brahmbhatt (deceased in that petition) to Prabhavati Jamnadas Brahmabhatt. However, before the said securities could be transferred in the name of Prabhavati, she expired on 04.04.2024. Therefore, securities are still in the name of Jamnadas Brahmabhatt.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner therefore, seeks leave to change the name of deceased from Prabhavati Jamnadas Brahmabhatt to Jamnadas Virji Brahmabhatt. Leave to amend is granted. Ld. Advocate to proceed to carry out amendment as per order dated 08.04.2025.

3. Ld. Advocate for petitioner to surrender the original grant in the Registry.
