Ld. Advocate for the Petitioner submits that the Hon'ble Court by an order dated 26.02.2025, directed the petitioner to mentioned the contains of the locker in the Schedule-I of the petition. Accordingly, the Ld. advocate for the petitioner has carried out an amendment in the Schedule-I of the petition.

Ld. Advocate for the Petitioner, Shri. Kaivan Kuvadia, submits that on 26.02.2025 the Hon'ble Court directed the Ld. Advocate for the Petitioner to mention the contents of the locker in brief and on that day Testamentary Registrar was also present and accordingly, he has amended the petition by mentioning that in a locker there is only cash amount of Rs. 1,00,000/-. Submission is taken on record. Hence, adjourned for order.
