In the present petition, order for issuance of General Citation is passed on 21.12.2023 and till date, Advocate for petitioner has not complied with the directions issued in the said order and negligent about the same.

2. Today, Advocate for petitioner has mentioned the matter by praecipe dated 18.02.2025 for extension of time to comply with the said directions passed in the order dated 21.12.2023.

3. By way of last chance, two weeks time is granted for compliance of order dated 21.12.2023 from the date of uploading of this order, failing which matter will be placed before the Hon'ble Court for dismissal under Rule 435 of the Bombay High Court (Original Side) Rules, 1980.
