1. Perused Petition. Ld. Advocate for the petitioner submitted that the deceased has executed the Will. However, petitioner is unable to prove the will due to absence of the Witnesses. She further submitted that she tried to upload the Interim Application for allowing the petitioner to proceed with Letters of Administration without Will instead of Probate. However, due to technical error, she is unable to upload the same. Petitioner to take steps in respect of the Interim Application as early as possible so that petition can be taken for the order. Hence, adjourned.
