1. Ld. Advocate for the Petitioner submits that in view of the Chamber Order having no. 61/2025 petition has been amended and now it has converted into LA with Will.

2. However, upon perusal fo the CIS, it appears that Will is not numbered. Hence, department to file remarks in this regard. Petitioner to deposit the original Will and Oath with the department, if it is not filed.

3.Ld. Advocate for the Petitioner submits that original Will is lost and such averment is made in para no.3 of the petition.

4. Accordingly, petitioner to file the original Oath along with the photo copy of the Will. Accordingly, petitioner to amend the prayer of the petition as per the Section 240 of the Indian Succession Act, 1925. Petitioner to carryout an amendment within three weeks from the date of uploading of this order, if petition is pending. Upon compliance list for issuance of citation.
