1. Ld. Advocate for the Petitioner moved a praecipe dated 03.03.2025 and thereby submits that as per the order dated 17.02.2025 petitioner was permitted to file the fresh Oath and submit the original Oath.

However, due to overlapping of pages, petitioner could not submit the original oath. Hence, Ld. Advocate for the petitioner prays for grant of permission to file the fresh Oath of the petitioner, in the prescribed format.

2. Petitioner is permitted to file the fresh oath of the petitioner as per the Bombay High Court (OS) Rules, 1980. Office to accept the same and same shall be kept along with the Will.
