2. Hence, in order dated 28.04.2025, the word "issuance of citation" is substituted by word "issue witness summons to the attesting witness". Accordingly, correction is carried out rest of the Order dated 28.04.2025 will remain as it is. Furthermore, time to issue witness summons will run from the date of uploading of this order.

3. It is made clear that rest of the order dated 28.04.2025 will remain as it is.
