1. The Ld. Advocate for the Petitioner submits that summons issued to the attesting witness, is returned undeserved for the reasons stated in the report. Hence, he submitted that he will publish the summons as per the order passed in the CHOL(L) 15588 of 2025 as per Rule 400 of the Bombay High Court (OS) Rules, 1980.
