TP/4244/2024 (E-filing) Mr. M. S. Lad, Advocate for petitioner PC : 1. Perused Petition. Heard Ld. Advocate for petitioner. This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain debts and securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Nehal Ulhas Mayekar being nephew of deceased. Deceased namely Satish Bhau Mayekar said to be died intestate at Mumbai on 13.01.2021. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition as Exhibit - "A". Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Aadhaar card is already annexed to the petition as Exhibit - "A-1".

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that parents of deceased predeceased the deceased. Deceased died as bachelor. Deceased left behind one brother and two married sister. Brother of deceased since deceased the deceased who died on 02.05.2016 leaving behind one son namely Nehal Ulhas Mayekar (nephew of deceased). Deceased was survived by one nephew and two married sisters. Out of them nephew is petitioner herein and both married sisters have given their consents. Consent Affidavits are on record. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice and Administration Bond is filed. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
