Advocate for petitioner submits that details of daughter of deceased namely Shalbala Keshav Ram Maurya who died on 17.06.2020, is not mentioned in para No. 4 of the petition, she died as spinster or married, if married then her legal heirs are required to be added in the petition.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that he seeks instructions from the petitioner and make necessary avernment in the petition. Advocate for petitioner seeks permission to carry out necessary corrections. The said corrections are allowed. Ld. Advocate for petitioner to carry out corrections within two days. At the request of Ld. Advocate for petitioner, re-verification is dispensed with. Ld. Advocate for petitioner undertakes to upload the corrected version of the petition. The said undertaking is accepted.
