Perused Petition. Heard Ld. Advocate for petitioner. Ld. Advocate for petitioner to produce copy of Letters of Administration issued in the earlier petition, even that facts mentioned in the petition, however, copy thereof is not annexed to the petition. Hence, petitioner to take steps, accordingly.

2. Perused the Original Administration Bond and it is not found similar the Administration Bond uploaded on the official portal of the Bombay High Court because all dates are blank. However, Ld. Advocate to mentioned the correct dates in the Administration Bond and same should be initial by the petitioner, surety and Notary and then upload the same.

3. Further, Advocate to ensure that petitioner is person to whom the Letters of Administration Bond (Debonis Non) can be issued as per section 259 of the Indian Succession Act, 1925.
