Heard Ld. Advocate for petitioner. Ld. Advocate for petitioner to comply with the requisitions raised are as under :

1) To explain legal heirs of deceased as per the provisions of Rule 397 of the Bombay High Court (Original Side) Rules, 1980.

2) As per Will, there is averment of Deed of Adoption dated 27.04.1985. Hence, Ld. Advocate for petitioner to comply with the provisions of Rule 385 of the Bombay High Court (Original Side) Rules, 1985.

3) To check Schedule I annexed to the petition.

4) To comply with the provisions of Rule 383 of the Bombay High Court (Original Side) Rules, 1980.
