1. Ld. advocate for the petitioner submitted P. C. :

that the requisitions are complied with.

Hence, the petition may be taken up for the passing the final order.

2. In the Will's Paragraph No. 7, the subject property is mentioned. The deceased had directed to the executor/trustees to hand over the said flat for the use and residence, and occupation of her nephew Feroze Eruch De Vitre and his immediate family.

3. However, this flat is not bequeathed to anyone. However, in the residuary clause, particularly paragraph No. 8 of the Will, provision is made about the bequeath of residual property.

4. Hence, it would be proper to ascertain the provisions of the Will, in this regard.
